Bring your goods! Let's have a sale! For over 30 years, the place to buy, sell, bargain, and enjoy a great family outing has been the Colorado Springs Flea Market. Every weekend, up to 500 vendors from throughout Colorado show their wares on our 30 acre paved site. Anything goes! We feature vendors with new and used merchandise. We are open year round every weekend. Plenty of free parking. The entire facility is handicap accessible. Gates open at 7:00 am. Admission is only $2 and kids 12 and under are free! Do I need a reservation?
No, reservations are not required. However, you must park in the space assigned by the gate attendant. A reservation allows you to select your space in advance. Reserved sellers also need not wait in the early morning seller's line. Reservations are taken at the Flea Market on Fridays from noon to 4:00 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
How much does it cost?
The fee for a single non-reserved space is $20 on Saturday and includes a bonus spot! For a single non-reserved space on Sunday is $25. A reserved space is an additional $3. Prime spaces are $35. Monthly reserved spaces are given a $3 per day discount. Payment must be made in cash. Oversized vehicles, trailers and second vehicles require an additional space purchase.
Is electricity available?
Yes, spaces with electrical hook-up are an extra $5. Capacity is 12 amps, 120 volt. There is a $4 charge for a blown fuse.
Are tables available?
Yes. You may rent tables for $4 each at the seller's booth. We will deliver to your space and pick-up. Just let the gate attendant know that you would like a table and we will radio the table cart driver to come see you.
Do I need a license?
No. You are given a Colorado Department of Revenue sales tax envelope upon entry to the Flea Market. You are required to pay the state sales tax on your sales. This envelope is collected upon your exit from the Flea Market. Licensed vendors may pay their own sales tax directly to the state.
What are the hours?
Flea Market hours are Sat. and Sun. from 7 am to 4 pm (May-Oct.) and 8 am to 4 pm (Nov-April). You may begin to set up ½ hour prior during the summer months. We are open year round. Vendors may exit the Flea Market at any time, but must be off the premises by 5 pm.
Can I sell food?
Prepared food sales are not allowed within the Flea Market grounds. No outside concessionaires are allowed. El Paso County Health Department prohibits the sale of home prepared food items including canned products, baked goods, candy or roasted nuts. All other food sales must be pre-approved by the management. Pre-approval is required a minimum of one day prior to sales.
What are the space sizes?
Seller's spaces are 20 feet by 20 feet. Vehicles over 20 feet require two spaces. No trailer drop-offs are allowed.
How many people can I bring in?
There is no limit on admission of persons inside the selling vehicle. People entering separate from your vehicle must pay a $1 admission fee.
Are there any restricted items?
Yes. Guns, ammunition, cross bows, medicines, pornography, drug paraphernalia, and other items, which the Flea Market deems inappropriate, may not be sold. A more extensive rules sheet is available.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, but no pets are allowed on the Flea Market grounds. Exception is made for Seeing Eye and Canine Companion dogs. No pets are allowed within the selling vehicles.
